Trained 40 students from eight different schools in Kathankudi after the Aids Day Programme.

It held in Meera Mohideen Vidiyala for Non Guides. At the same time the teachers who came with them were trained as Guide Leaders to open a new Company as there was no Guide company in the Kathankudi District. They were trained by Director Projects,Thilini Atukorala, former International Commissioner Lafira Arifin and Ramya Abayakoon who is the director for membership drive .

WHO and Ministry of Health gave us the responsibility of organizing a programme to make the community aware how to keep your Heart in good shape till you leave the world.

after the walk there was a programme the resources personals were doctors. This programme was held

in 8 Provinces’ after the walk there was a indoor programme. Resources personal’s were doctors. Out of 8, Provinces 6 had the quick walk at 3p.m. and the other two districts had to start in the morning as the traffic police not able to support as a political event organized in the afternoon in the respective districts. When the 16 districts started, they called to Colombo to inform us that they started on the dot . It was a great event with a different.

Pleased with our efforts! We were happy to find such a large number of Guides together with squad from the St.Jones ambulance, NYSC and Non Guides. Kalutara

Adam’s Peak (also Adam’s Mount; Sinhalese Samanalakanda – සමනළ කන්ද “butterfly mountain”, Tamil Sivanolipatha Malai – சிவனொலி பாதமலை), is a 2,243 metres (7,359 ft) tall conical mountain located in central Sri Lanka. It is well-known for the Sri Pada “sacred footprint”, a 1.8 m rock formation near the summit, in Buddhist tradition held to be the footprint of the Buddha, in Hindu tradition that of Shiva and in Muslim tradition that of Adam.
