Ms. Priyanthi Rajapaksa was selected to be a WAGGGS’ volunteer on the “Sharing is Caring” project, representig SLGGA.
The purpose of the project was to write a tool on how the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting method could be applied to the Rovers and Rangers age group. The tool was developed and written by the volunteers.
The event to finalize the draft of the tool was held in Milan, Italy from 15th to 19th May 2019. During the event Ms. Priyanthi was able to share her knowledge and reflections with other participants.
It was a productive, fun and memorable workshop where she was able to meet sister Guides and brother Scouts of the European Region.
